SUMMER CAMPS 2023
Welcome to Urban Evolution summer camps!
Students will work toward improved strength and conditioning, flexibility and mobility, confidence, problem-solving, and make friends while learning team-building skills. Push your training to the limits and have a blast.

PARKOUR Nano Parkour - ages 6-8 Kids Parkour - ages 9-14 In Parkour camp, we'll be focusing on and building upon the basic skills of Parkour: jumping, balancing, quadrupedal movement, vaults, and swinging. The last day of week-long camps will culminate in a Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course.
FLIPS & TRICKS Flips & Tricks Kids camp - ages 9-14 In Flips & Tricks camp, we'll be focusing more on the Tricking and Freerunning side of Parkour. Freerunning is an athletic and acrobatic discipline incorporating an aesthetic element, and can be considered either a sport or a performance art, or both. Freerunning is similar to Parkour, from which it is derived, but emphasizes artistry over efficiency and speed.
AERIAL SILKS Aerial Silks all levels - ages 9-14 Aerial Silks intermediate - ages 9-14; requires Level 1 (Intro to Silks) In Aerial Silks camp, we'll be learning the foundational skills to build upon. In the intermediate camp, students will learn how to string skills together to make a routine to music.
This year, we're offering two types of camp schedules:
Our usual format of camps; these run M-F from either 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm.
For those looking for a more budget-friendly option that lets you pick and choose the days you can make, we are offering one-day camps on certain weeks. These are individual camp sessions that run 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm. Students are welcome to register for multiple sessions in the same week.

PLEASE NOTE we cannot accommodate ages outside of the stated age ranges, so please double check that you are registering your child for the correct camp. For any questions, please contact us at email@example.com.
FAQ, Policies, Important Notes
What should campers bring/wear? Are there meals?
We allot time for lunch/snack breaks, so please provide a lunch and snack, as well as a water bottle that can be refilled as needed at our water fountain.
For Parkour/Flips, students will need comfortable exercise clothes and shoes they can jump around in - please no crocs/sandals/boots/etc.
For Aerial Silks, students will need clothing as tight as they're comfortable in (think what you might wear to yoga). Long sleeves and long leggings are recommended (shirts should at least cover armpits). Shorts/capris are not recommended. NO zippers, jewelry, or anything that can catch on the silks, and please avoid perfumes and lotions. Students will be barefoot.
Summer camps are refundable up to two weeks before the camp start date. They are refundable as store credit only up to one week before camp start date. Camps are nonrefundable less than one week before camp start date. We do not offer reimbursements for any days unattended.
