This aerial silks class focuses more on play-based and simplified skills. 

**Note: Students aged 6-8 require guardian participation.

This fun exercise class incorporates dance and cardio! We use movements from dance and HIIT training in easy-to-follow sequences to music.

"Nano" parkour class is a slightly more play-based approach to teaching parkour to the little ones.

This teen/adult hip hop dance class is for all levels from brand new to seasoned!

Students can work on skills at their own pace under the supervision of a coach.

We'll be dimming the lights, turning the blacklights on, and using glowsticks and glow-in-the-dark paint for a unique aerial silks event!

Prerequisite(s): Level 1, ages 15+

Low-impact parkour class teaches students parkour skills with less of the joint pain.

Use your parkour skills to gain the high ground! We have nerf guns and eye protection, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
