Book your choice of Parkour/Ninja Warrior-style obstacle course and/or Aerial Silks for an unforgettable party at Urban Evolution!

What’s included?

2 hours total:

• 1.5 hours of instructor-led activity – the general party format is a few minutes of warm-up, an hour of your chosen activity, some free time, then cool-down.

• 30 minutes in the party room where you are welcome to serve food/open gifts/etc. 

The birthday kid gets their own Urban Evolution balaclava/ninja mask!

Pricing

Pricing is on a per person basis with a minimum of five participants:

• 5-10 people: $50/per

• 11-15 people: $45/per

• 16+ people: $40/per

• Large events (30 or more) please contact us for custom pricing

There is a nonrefundable deposit of $50 due upon booking.

Add-ons

• Laser tag: $75 - Put the skills you learned to the test by incorporating laser tag!​

  • Parties with laser tag consist of 1 hour of Parkour, 30 minutes of laser tag, then party room.​

• Second activity: $150   (example: 1 hour of Parkour followed by 1 hour of Aerial Silks)

  • Parties with two activities are 2.5 hours long - 1 hour of first activity, 1 hour of second activity, then end in the party room.​

** Important Things To Know/FAQ

• We need a final headcount at least one week before your party. We have specialized staffing and need to confirm we will have enough available instructors for your party. The default amount is up to 10 participants.

• It’s best for participants to be around the same age. If there are enough participants to split into two groups, we can do two different age groups. Please note the minimum age to participate is 6.

• All participants will need waivers signed. Please direct parents to our online waiver to sign the waiver for their child. They will need to create an account for themselves and then add family members. urbanevo.com/register

Refund Policy

• There is a $50 deposit due upon booking that is nonrefundable.

• There is a 3-day grace period for cancelling your event. After the 3-day period your deposit is not refundable. The 3-day grace period only applies if you are booking a party more than 2 weeks out.

• Parties can be rescheduled without paying a new deposit given two weeks notice in order to manage staffing adjustments.
