- Intro to Parkour (ages 9+)
Parkour is movement discipline that involves using the body to navigate one’s environment in a safe, efficient, and creative manner. This class is a prerequisite for all Parkour classes. Upon successful completion of this introductory class, you will receive your white wristband ("White Band") and you will be able to take White Band classes for your appropriate age group. You will learn the foundational techniques such as jumping and landing, quadrupedal movement, rolling, vaulting, and balancing.
Nano PK (ages 6-8) (No intro required)Have a little one that likes to jump and climb on things? This is the class for them. In the Nano class, we go over the foundational skills of parkour such as balancing, quadrupedal movement, rolling, and hand / foot eye coordination through the use of games, obstacle courses, and class challenges for them to do!
Have previous Parkour experience? Our Intro class is a prerequisite for taking any other Parkour classes (except Nano class). If you would like to skip the Intro, you can schedule a private lesson in lieu of an introductory class. This will allow us to meet each other and make sure we're on the same page skill- and safety-wise. Click here to schedule your private lesson.
In White Band class, we will build upon the skills learned in the Intro while introducing new skills from our level 1 curriculum to expand and explore our environment.
Available for Kids (ages 9-11), Youth (ages 12-14), or Adults (ages 15+). We will occasionally offer combined ages classes.
White Band Open Gym
In White Band Open Gym, students can jump around and work at their own pace under the supervision of an instructor.
