Gymnastics

The Adult Gymnastics program at Urban Evolution is for students ages 17 and up. Whether you are 100% new to gymnastics or have experience, this course can help you improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness as you master the fundamentals. Even if you’re a talented gymnast, we can keep you challenged.

Intro to Adult Gymnastics
This introductory class covers the basics of tumbling, parallel bars, rings, vaults, bars, and handstands. Classes have a rolling curriculum, which means you can join at any time and instructors will adapt to your skill level. This class is especially designed for beginners, so feel free to join us as soon as you wish!

Note: UE is not strictly a gymnastics facility, and adaptations are made to accommodate gymnastics apparatus requirements.

Adult Gymnastics Levels 1, 2, and 3
As your skills progress, you can test into the next level of gymnastics. Review the skills lists below, and get to know our LevelUp wristband system.

What to Wear
We recommend athletic attire that allows for maximum mobility. It’s fine to wear shorts, but make sure they’re at least 6″ long, out of consideration for the instructors who will be spotting you and who do not want to get to know you that well.
