Partner Acro Workshop Welcome to partner acro! In this workshop, we will be working on partner conditioning, basic partner acro skills, and partner stretches. A partner is not required to sign up. We will pair up and rotate partners if needed, but for your own comfort we do recommend signing up with a friend/partner. You can sign up individually or together for convenience. Prerequisite(s): no background experience needed. Ages 18+ if you are signing up alone. Ages 15+ if you are signing up with a partner. For member pricing, only one person needs to be an Urban Evolution gym member for the discounted partner price.

Hoop dance (also known as hula hooping) is a fun way to incorporate dance & flow into building strength and coordination. Try it out in this 2-hour introductory/beginner workshop with Lotus! Prerequisite(s): Ages 15+, no prior experience is needed. All levels are welcome. Ages 12+ are welcome with approval.

This workshop is for partners who work together on one set of aerial silks. No experience is required. We'll be learning some basic partner moves and conditioning with the opportunity to explore/play as time permits at the end of the workshop. This workshop is for teens/adults. Ages 15+ Registration is for ONE person. Please make sure you and your partner have both registered. A partner is not required to sign up, but we do recommend signing up with someone for your own comfort.

In the Heroes & Villains show, students will be performing their own choreographed aerial dance routines. We are so proud of all of our students and want to show them off. ​ Welcome to the return of live student showcases at Urban Evolution! From May 2020 to October 2023, we hosted virtual showcases because of COVID concerns. Now, we're ready to bring back in-person performances! This will be a live show that will also be streamed via our twitch.tv channel so friends and families from far away can still show their support.
